OVERVIEW
Northbridge Consulting was relocating to a larger office suite and needed the entire electrical infrastructure rebuilt to support a growing team, modern workstations, and an on-site server room. The existing wiring was decades old and not fit for the higher power density of a modern office.
THE CHALLENGE
The building's original electrical layout couldn't support the number of workstations, monitors, and networking equipment the client needed. The server room in particular required dedicated, clean power with no risk of circuit overload, and all work had to be completed without disrupting the client's move-in timeline.
THE SOLUTION
We mapped out a new circuit plan for the entire 6,000 sq ft suite, adding dedicated server room circuits, upgrading outlet capacity throughout, and labeling every circuit for easy future maintenance. Work was phased overnight and on weekends to keep the client's move-in schedule on track, with full code inspection support throughout.
