By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging VoltPro Electric LLC ("VoltPro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
VoltPro provides residential and commercial electrical services, including repairs, installations, panel upgrades, and inspections, performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to emergency calls or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any changes to your scheduled visit.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided as a written estimate prior to the start of work whenever possible. Final charges may vary based on the actual scope of work required. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranties & Limitations
VoltPro warrants its workmanship for a period specified at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoltPro's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. VoltPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site and to disclose any known hazards or existing electrical issues prior to service. Delays caused by restricted access may affect scheduling and pricing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoltPro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
